CMI Women: Sponsorship in STEM

Choosing a STEM industry career could lead to an exciting and financially rewarding future – so why aren’t more women exploring this path?

Join us at the Royal Academy of Engineering for an event focusing on strengthening diversity, skills and sponsorship of women in STEM.

We are delighted to invite you to attend our upcoming CMI Women event, supporting and celebrating the opportunities for Women in STEM. Join us as we explore how we can widen and strengthen the talent pipeline, act as agents of change and encourage more women and girls to explore careers in these disciplines.

In partnership with the Royal Academy of Engineering, we’ll hear from Chief Executive Dr Hayaatun Sillem CBE CMgr CCMI and others who have broken down barriers and changed preconceptions, working and thriving in STEM industries and supporting others to do the same. We hope it will be an insightful evening with the opportunity to network and celebrate together.
