In order to prepare your company’s nomination for our judging panel, we require some additional information. Please complete the online form below to continue the award’s process.

When you complete your company’s additional information, you will be asked to supply a short summary about your company. This, along with your company name and logo, will be the only thing published publicly on the site. When you submit your company’s additional information, you will be asked to confirm that you are happy for us to publish the summary and logo.
