It's time to complete your additional network information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to prepare your network’s nomination for our judging panel, we require some additional information. Please complete the online form below to continue the award’s process.

When you complete your additional information, you will be asked to supply a short summary of your network. This, along with your network’s name and logo, will be the only thing published publicly on the site. When you submit your network’s additional information, you will be asked to confirm that you are happy for us to publish your network’s summary and logo.

Please note: if you are having trouble submitting your additional information, then please download the form and complete and return to us at [email protected]. We can then submit your information manually for you.
