Alice leads the Engineering Learning Experience as part of the Group Operations and Technology Office at UBS, based in London. With an engineering background, she is passionate about engineering and culture change. During her career she has been key driver of numerous strategic initiatives and activities fostering engineering communities, upskilling and knowledge sharing, always striving to make a difference through creating connections and providing opportunities.

Alice played a leading role in the establishment of the Distinguished Engineers framework at UBS, and in the design, implementation, roll-out and running of the Certified Engineers program.

Previously, Alice worked in Securities Operations IT as Delivery Lead focusing on DevOps, as Tech Team Lead, and as a Software Engineer in Agile teams. She has been a trainer of Agile development practices and a founder of the UBS London Developer Community.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and playing board games with friends.
