I graduated with a 2:1 in BSc Business Information technology in 1998, I started my career as a technical graduate delivering customized Customer Relationship Management to Clients. From this, I decided to venture in the World of E2E ITIL, and Project Management in delivering technical solutions around infrastructure.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked in numerous industries (retail, manufacturing, hospitality); consulting, managing & delivering solutions. For 17 years, I have worked in Accenture I have undertaken many roles; for many Clients – from Service & Delivery Management, Release Management, Project and Programme Management.

With Cloud, Security, Data and AI being the core of Accenture and recently with Julie Sweet (Chair & CEO of Accenture) announcing $3B investment in AI, I am really excited to be in this industry to further enhance my skills, experience and career.
