An accomplished professional with a diverse career spanning over a decade(13+yrs). Throughout my journey, I have excelled in various roles, showcasing adaptability and drive for success.
Since the last 5 years, worked as a Tech Delivery Manager/ Chapter Lead/QA Lead at UBS Risk IT and prior to that also excelled in various leadership role.
I grew up in a little town where my interest in technology was ignited at a young age. This desire drove me to seek a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and a master in software systems from BITS, Pilani, setting the groundwork for my career as a technology leader.
I have thrived in a variety of roles, demonstrating my adaptability and drive for achievement. I quickly ascended the ranks as a dedicated intern to become a recognized leader in my area.
I began my profession by providing private tuition and coaching to students while also exploring opportunities to relocate to a larger location for better opportunities. And once that door was opened, I never looked back.
I began my career as a manual tester for a small Web-based organization, then moved to one of the best companies to work for NetApp, which is well known for its promising technology in Storage and Virtualization and was given the opportunity to advance in my career while leading the team and working on cutting-edge technologies.
After 5.5 years with NetApp, received an opportunity to work in another major storage stack, Dell Technologies, where I was introduced to advanced security, encryption, and dedupe technologies.
I also received hands-on experience with VMware setup, multiple backups and restore options, and leading the automation initiatives.
After that, I was fortunate to explore the world on a global scale when I was offered a job in the United States, where I entirely changed my domain from Storage Technology to Healthcare Systems.
I worked as a quality assurance manager for some of the greatest health care organizations in the United States, including Optimum, Mount Sinai, and other health care networks. While onshore and offshore reported to me, I entirely dictated the architecture of the QA process and automation.
After two years in the health field, I received an amazing offer from UBS to join their Risk IT path and enter the Financial and Investment Banking sector.
My career at UBS was once again filled with introducing myself to Microsoft Azure Could Technology and collaborating with my colleagues to transition the legacy risk calculators to the cloud.
Throughout this journey, I excelled and expanded my knowledge by obtaining numerous Cloud Certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-900, AI-900 and DP-900, Gitlab Associate, and Databricks.
While I was enjoying my Cloud adventure, I also obtained a Certified Engineer badge from UBS, a well-known and reputable technological batch. I was the first woman in my Risk model services and the second lead to earn the badge in a short period of time.
Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented creative solutions that have considerably improved operational efficiency and increased cybersecurity.
