I always loved technology, whilst studying A Level Computing I knew I wanted to work within the IT industry. When deciding on which degree to study I chose Computer Science as I wanted to be have a more technical background and build upon what I had learnt during my A Level course. I started Credit Suisse on their technology graduate programme and worked in multiple infrastructure departments. I started within a reporting and analysis role and continued to expand my skills and experience across Business Analysis, Project Management, Communication, Business Management and Strategic Planning. In addition I gained leadership experience, starting from managing an intern to setting up a new global team across five locations. I’ve been at Credit Suisse for over 12 years now and have been very lucky to have been exposed to so many different roles and gained so much experience. Today I lead a global team driving continuous IT Support Improvement to 70,000 users across 500+ locations. My team is responsible for driving improvements to knowledge management, quality management, hardware & workload optimization that leverages “big data” to understand work drivers generating support tickets and user requests to our 600 person support organization. In addition I’m responsible for communications, education, video training, branding and online content for End User Services & Products.
