I have 15 years experience working within Front Office Technology in Investment Banks.

I began my career in London in 2005 as a graduate, after completing a 4 year degree in Business Information Systems at University College Cork, Ireland. I have worked in several investment banks including BAML and RBS and also spent time working in New York before joining Nomura 8 years ago.

Currently I lead a Global Production Support team covering the Fixed Income business. Prior to my current role, I lead and managed regional and global teams supporting various front office businesses.

I am an experienced and versatile technical support manager, with a highly successful track record delivering services across both Equities, FX, Fixed Income businesses. I have a strong client focused delivery over a significant time period with a reputation of leading from the front managing very demanding internal users and external clients.
