Charlotte Parnham

I started my career in technology in 1989 as a Help Desk analyst at Lloyds Bank, a truly exciting time in the industry as organisations really started to embrace technology.

I have fully enjoyed my 30 years in technology supporting organisations across all sectors digitalise, automate and ultimately improve their IT services for their customers. I have worked primarily in service delivery roles, many years as a Service Desk Manager, where I established my management and team building skills, my love of mentoring and developing young people and my drive to improve IT services for my customers.

I joined Atos 12 years ago as a Service Delivery Manager and became a Service Architect before I took the opportunity to move into Consulting 4 years ago, as a IT Strategy and Operating model Consultant. I review my client’s current IT services, their people & skills, processes and technologies, assessing where they have weaknesses or strengths in their current delivery model. From this I will design their new or revised target operating model which will be aligned to their IT strategy and vision.

I am passionate about developing people while improving my clients’ IT services. I want to see both my Atos and client teams develop and excel, I do this by creating friendly, inclusive and collaborative working environments. My objective is to leave my clients self-sufficient, confident and with a lasting legacy to continually improve their service offerings.
