Chloe Crutchlow

I am a final year Degree Apprentice with Jaguar Land Rover, working within the Analytical Measurement Technologies department for over 6 years.

I began in the Chassis Dyno team, working with dilute emissions systems and vehicle testing to maintain equipment to legislative standards, allowing JLR to legally sell vehicles in various different markets. I then moved to the Engine Test side of the team, to learn more about raw emissions measurement – I have so far spent around 4 years in Engine Test, and now have full responsibility for the emissions measurement equipment.

I began my journey into technology during my A-Levels, where I studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Chemistry. This led to applying for university courses and for apprenticeships, settling on the JLR Degree Apprenticeship for interest, paid-for education, and career opportunities. I have already completed a Foundation Degree in Engineering, an NVQ Level 2 in Performing Engineering Operations, and an NVQ Level 4 in Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing. I will be completing my BEng (Hons) Degree in Applied Engineering with the University of Warwick within the next few months, with a target of a First Class grade.
