I started out at Abbey National in a cash centre driving a fork lift truck in the vault and managing the Bank of England’s note’s held to order scheme, I then moved into project management helping develop and test a Real Time integrated cash handling system for Abbey to process Retailers money. I worked on the Project team to build, fit out and set up two further cash centres. I was the project manager for regression and UAT tesing for a reconciliation system. I was an implementation manager for retailer customers, which included contracts/ SLA’s, budget approval & management, procedures, customer requirements. My last role was the migration of corporate customer accounts, from manual BACS information input to an automated feed into reconciliation system.

HSBC was my next stop where I worked as a PMO within the business management team providing PMO support to two Global IT Heads of Service. I co-ordinated the regional and global planning exercises including the IT Technology Operating Plans. Worked with Change Manager, providing project related documents & tracking the progress of projects. Assisted all Asset Class Heads with finance issues relating to planning invoicing and reporting as required, ensuring all invoices were processed correctly and records maintained. Designed, developed & maintained the intranet.

I have now been at Credit Suisse for over 5 and a half years working in the COO department as a Business Manager. I manage all Workforce Strategy & Resource reconciliation and planning for Group Ops and Group Operations Solution Delivery (over 800 FTE Globally). Reconcile financial budgets/targets tracking against actual spend. Manage all resource hiring to onboarding. I manage all re-orgs in and out of the areas that I support ensuring all the set up, move and post issues are resolved. I have created a moves template which assists both parties in ensuring budget, resources, SoW’s, audit items are understood.
