I’m a specialist in agile delivery with five years’ experience building high performing delivery teams in the public and charity sectors. I’m currently Head of Delivery at dxw digital where I’m responsible for the work of 30 people delivering projects for organisations including NHS England, the Judiciary, Crown Commercial Services and the Department for Education. I began my career as an analyst, first at Vertex and then at the Cabinet Office working for the Government Digital Service. In 2013 I moved to Home Office Digital as a delivery manager, and after two years became their Head of Agile Delivery. I then spent 18 months as Delivery Lead at Comic Relief, building user-focused services that helped raise millions of pounds, before joining dxw digital in 2017.
