I have more than two decades of experience as a digital and technology thought-leader in the private and public sector . Having worked across industries in the UK and India ranging from gaming, media, sport and public sector I applied my expertise and knowledge to deliver products and programmes of transformation

I have had the privilege of working on technology & products across different industries – gaming, commercial, wider public sector and government. My portfolio has been very diverse and included from citizen facing products like COVID 19 Inquiry needs, GOV.UK Verify, Parliamentary Search, to internal facing products for Civil Servants like the Public Appointments platform, the Covid dashboard and automation of products and business processes to drive efficiencies and innovation.

I have been a pioneer and innovator in transformation be it in the gaming sector( Rank Group, the wider public sector(Parliament’s Digital team) or in my current role. as the Head of Strategy and Digital Transformation at Cabinet Office. My vision and strategy throughout was built on a user-centric approach.

I am very passionate about creating a workplace which is diverse and inclusive. I Chair of the ‘Women in Digital’ network in Cabinet Office and mentor women in the digital space. ‘Being a women in a senior position, creating opportunities in the workplace to champion diversity and inclusion is important to me. My passion is to develop others which I do by mentoring ‘women in tech’ and Chair ‘Women in Digital’ network within Cabinet office to grow representation cross all areas of digital.

I am a strategist and a visionary leader, experienced in digital and tech strategy development and a D&I ally and advocate, but people are most important for me.

As a servant leader, an engaging people centred organisation where they feel equal and safe is critical for me. While digitisation is important, I believe people are a digital organisation’s most important asset.
