Diana Moldovan | Deloitte

Diana Moldovan is a Manager in the Cyber Incident Response team working for Deloitte. With a BSc and a MSc in Communication Engineering, Diana was always interested in technology and soon after she started learning about information security, she decided this was the career path she wanted to follow.

Diana started her career in Information and Cyber Security as an intern working for Betfair Romania. She was recognized as the ‘Best New Joiner’ and was fast promoted to Associate Security Analyst. Diana also won the Best Employee award.

In 2014 Diana moved to London where she continued her role as a Security Analyst within the Threat and Vulnerability Management Team at Betfair UK. Diana was responsible for monitoring, detecting, assessing and responding to security incidents. She also helped build a vulnerability management programme and a security awareness culture which significantly improved the defense and security posture of the company.

Since joining Deloitte, Diana has collaborated with several blue chip clients working on multiple areas of security including incident response, memory forensic analysis, simulated cyber attacks, asset management, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, attack detection and response and leading security operations teams whilst being the only technical woman in the team.

Diana is a CISSP, GCIH, GCIA and GSEC certified professional with 6 years of practical experience in the Cyber Security field.
