In 23 months, Dominique has established herself as a strong Technology Organisation Transformation Coach across JPMC’s Global Technology Infrastructure, an 8,000 person organisation. She regularly designs and executes global multiday leadership offsites (CIO/CIO-1/CIO-2), which are enabling us to move to a product defined organisation, and obsess about customers. Feedback often includes that these are the most productive offsites our leadership have attended.

She rolls up her sleeves in agile coaching our development teams, which become models for other teams to learn from: implementing technical practices like mob programming and DevOps. She spent Q3 leading transformation efforts across LATAM- coaching a portfolio of 10 teams and building the capability of new coaches. She also led the content creation and delivery for our pilot Manager Excellence Roadshow in India. 9 high impact 90min workshops: covering modern management concepts from servant leadership, to creative thinking and building high performing teams. We had over 600+ people manager registrations, and this is now being rolled out as a global experience. Her efforts are producing a pipeline of specific team case studies that are moving towards software define, customer focussed and product aligned organisations. Many teams are grateful for her interventions.

She is founder of an active change agent network that has 500+ members globally that help us continuously improve the organisation at a grass roots level- this was presented at industry conference Agile Lean Ireland 2018. Additionally, she is London Technology for Social Good Agile Coach: coaching the Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Technical Architects across 9 charity projects to maximise value delivered. She holds a MEng in Computer Science (Bristol University), a PGCE in IT & Computer Science (Southampton University, specialising in 11-16 year olds) and made time to qualify as a Professional Coach this year (Cambridge University).
