Elle Tweedy

Elle is the Product Design Lead at FutureGov.

For over eight years, she has been working extensively in the public sector to help solve complex issues within social care and health. She is a role model for young, female designers and developers who want to make a real difference in the lives of citizens everywhere.

Elle’s background includes working across multiple design disciplines, including product, user experience and service design. Graduating in 2011 with a BSc Product Design degree from the University of Sussex, Elle has dedicated the last four years of her career to ensuring that practitioners supporting people out of crisis (child protection and homelessness) have the right tools to do their job.

Leading FutureGov’s Product & Tech team, Elle hires, trains and mentors her colleagues, influencing and supporting them to shape new products and services for our clients that create better experiences and outcomes. Elle’s been at the forefront of designing complex end-to-end services within Children’s and Adult’s social care, and taken digital products from concept through to live services. She’s passionate about working with users from discovery through to delivery, supporting them to discover new ways of working and create elegant, focussed user experiences that meet user needs.
