I qualified as a registered veterinary nurse back in 2017 and worked in various practices in the North of England and then ventured over to continue nursing in Australia. On my return to the UK I used my veterinary experience to go down the path of software and technology in the veterinary practice. I began working for MWI Animal Health as an Implementation Consultant for their practice management system, Merlin. This role covered the onboarding and training of vet practices to Merlin, their practice hub which would be the hub of their working day. My experience in their industry allowed us to fully understand each other and the ways in which they needed Merlin to work for them. Not only do I perform training and onboarding on Merlin, but also the multitude of integrations created by MWI and also from third party companies that compliments Merlins’ workflows.
