Emma Jackson

Emma is an innovation specialist with 20 years’ experience and is the Client Innovation Manager for the firm.

Her expertise is problem solving and solution creation. She has considerable experience in managing projects, a strong technical background and is able to promote innovation by working with clients directly, running workshops, facilitating hackathons and using technology to bring innovations to life.

Emma has been at the firm for 15 years. She started as an Executive Assistant in Private Client before moving into the IT Department. Emma worked on the service desk, trained our staff and delivered many projects across the business before moving into a role in the Projects team helping to shape the future of innovation at Mills & Reeve.
