Emma is an accomplished Service Architect and Transition Manager at Natilik. With certifications in PRINCE2, ITIL v3, and v4, Emma has consistently delivered outstanding results across her multiple client-facing roles with the organisation since 2017.

Starting her career in technology as a Service Delivery Manager, Emma’s client-first focus allowed her to expand her skills into Service Transition and Service Design and translate these to support the wider Client Success practice. Today, Emma is dedicated to expanding Natilik’s global service offerings and driving innovation for Natilik’s client base. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, she develops robust and scalable service solutions tailored to meet clients’ evolving needs. Emma fosters a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.

Throughout her career, Emma has made significant contributions to the development of Natilik’s managed services offerings through service design and transition. Her expertise in client advocacy and understanding of client outcomes and how this relates to the tech has been instrumental to the business. Emma’s remarkable ability to combine understanding clients and relating this to the technical services we provide through managed services has resulted in real win win outcomes for our clients and the success of Natilik.

Beyond her role, Emma has been a driving force in the Natilik Women in Tech community with an aim to raise awareness of careers in tech for both Natilik’s people and wider society. Emma has championed STEM programmes and driven many strategic improvements/campaigns that have improved the experience of women in the organization. She consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to diversity through advocacy of non-profit organisations such as STEMettes in the workplace.
