Following my graduation from the University of Edinburgh, my journey in the tech industry started by joining a small startup that had secured the Smart grant programme’s funding for its first Machine Learning (ML) project. After this role, I got my first position in fintech, working for FreeAgent for 5.5 years. During my early years at FreeAgent, I actively contributed as a full stack software engineer within a product team. However, as my career progressed, I transitioned into a platform role. Since then, my focus has been on building robust Data and ML platforms, empowering organizations to effectively harness their data and expedite the deployment of ML-driven applications.

In my most recent role, I have spent the past two years as a Senior ML engineer at GoCardless. Leading a team of three engineers, I have been at the forefront of developing advanced ML solutions.
