Built on Strategyzer’s Business Model Canvas, you’ll deep dive into your business model, value proposition, customer segmentation, channels for winning customers, and revenue model, helping you to build a strong foundation for a profitable and successful business. It’s designed to be very practical and hands-on and you’ll be putting theory into practice on your own business/idea as well as other established business models.

The programme culminates in the opportunity to pitch your business model to a panel of experts and also speed mentoring which will provide lots of valuable, objective feedback on your business or proposal. See the programme agenda
