Hannah is an experienced Change Management practitioner, with a focus on navigating multinational organisations through business transformations enabled by SAP. She has developed a strong understanding of technology trends and using creative approaches to overcome adoption barriers to make change stick when implementing new technology. She is extremely passionate about building an inclusive and positive work environment and prioritises this in everything she does.

Hannah’s career started with a first-class Economics degree from Warwick University. Through her studies she learnt about the economic and strategic drivers of decisions, and is highly numerate in her thinking. During my time at university I was an active member of the Women in Consulting Society, and have since delivered talks and acted as a mentor for undergraduates with an interest in Consulting. Further, I was the Club Captain of the Women’s Hockey Club which enabled me to develop my leadership skills, foster strong relationships with the community, and work with the Sports Officer to drive a more inclusive university sporting experience.

Hannah joined the Management Consulting Graduate Program in 2020 following completing a Summer Internship. She was nominated for the MCA Young Consultant of the year award in 2022 which recognises her exemplary contributions to the fast growing team, and her disruptive thinking in change management for technology transformations. With a natural prowess for being disruptive and a proactive attitude, she has been an integral part of growing the business unit which delivers end-to-end business transformations across Finance, Supply chain and Commercial functions with an unequivocal focus of putting people at the heart of the transformation.
