Isabel is recognised for her extensive social action work for gender diversity and digital education, and is determined to prove that underrepresented talent can thrive in the technology industry to change its course for the better.

Following several years of mentoring work, she has recently joined the World Economic Forum’s initiative Global Shapers to collaborate with other young leaders on pressing social action issues in London.

As an upcoming Product leader, Isabel’s long-term interest is how effective product management can encourage responsible innovation, kickstarted by leading a team of Code First Girls members to the Vodafone Diversity Hackathon finals with their product to improve inclusion in the workplace.
