Jasmine joined the London insurance market as a marketing and communications professional in 2013 and very quickly found herself falling in love with the industry.

It was a market ready for change and she realised that there were many opportunities to make a difference. After several years working across service providers, market associations, and consultancies, she paired my marketing and change skills, with her interest in technology and innovation.

In 2021 Jasmine joined EDII – which stands for Educate, Develop, Innovate, Inspire. As an innovator and educator, she designs and delivers training programmes that provide insurance practitioners with the skills, tools and techniques to champion innovation and creative change. Jasmine introduces people to creative approaches, innovation techniques and tools that they can use instantly to affect real change in their role, their organisation, and their industry.

Jasmine has helped to develop and grow EDII’s flagship programme, Digital Minds in collaboration with CEO, Caroline Bedford, since its inception in 2016 at DXC Technology. Throughout the programme, she provides delegates with the innovation, creative, and business-critical customer-centric skills they need to succeed and embed them in an innovation culture. Together, they explore design thinking and learn how to create new products, services, and processes to effect change in the insurance market. These solutions have ranged from leveraging emerging technology and data, to diversity and inclusion, and ESG initiatives.

Outside of work, Jasmine has been volunteering with Girl Guiding UK as Unit Leader for a local Brownie group, for more than 12 years. In this time, she has helped more than 250 girls, aged from seven to ten years old, to build their confidence and their skills, inspired them to try new things, and supported them as they discover who they want to be.
