I am the co-owner of Active Digital, an award winning mobile telecommunications company I run with my brother, Richard for over twenty years. We built up a business mobile communications company that organisations would want to partner with, and continue to deliver an outstanding customer experience. I am also an inspiring speaker, writer and expert in leadership and management. As a speaker, I run a series of events and talks designed to encourage and help women with confidence and to help them step up into more senior business roles. As a regular speaker in schools, my aim is to encourage and inspire the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
As a freelance writer, I share my business advice with several publications including Huffington Post, InStyle UK Magazine, Changeboard, Training Journal, Cosmopolitan, Guardian Careers and Management Today. Furthermore, I run workshops to inspire confidence in women, helping them to become business leaders.
