I am a creative, pragmatic digital specialist with an unwavering can-do attitude and a strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and content consumption across all digital touchpoints.

I started my career in traditional marketing and PR within the arts and media industry, making the transition to digital in the early 2000s. I then became fully immersed in tech when I worked for ICSA Software International in 2007 as an Online Marketing Executive.

My specialism became digital marketing and online content management and I achieved considerable success in the social media realm during my roles at Sleek Makeup & Women in Technology from 2009 to 2012.

Over time, my career has very much evolved into the implementation and maintenance of a number of systems, processes, projects and initiatives that facilitate and optimise a 2-way dialogue between brands and customers across all digital touchpoints – with the last 5 years particularly focused in digital retail at Mothercare and Argos.

I have had a number of successes in platform migrations and implementation projects, as a project manager, a business analyst and business owner and have a real customer- focus never losing sight of the business value perspective.

I am building up a public speaking reputation which is a recent focus of mine driven by the strong relationships I’ve built over the years with 3rd party tech suppliers and colleagues who frequently reach out to me to present at conferences and round table events.
