Parental coaching – Parental Coaching is an initiative where we provide parents-to-be with an internal Parental Coach who, through a series of conversations, can be utilised as a trusted sounding board for addressing concerns at work and at home, a partner in creative problem-solving and an internal connector to others who are facing similar situations.

The objective is to assist parents-to-be in proactively managing their personal life and career during this special time. Opening the door to having the conversation about flexibility can help colleagues proactively manage their career through various life stages.

Boost – it provides sponsorship and structured support for individuals pre-, during, and post- parental leave, to help ease the transition to parenthood. To aid the expecting parent in anticipating, planning for, and adjusting to these changes the Boost Program pairs the expecting parent with a Sponsor. The Sponsor, in addition to providing context and assistance in planning for leave and reintegration, advocates for the Participant and helps to ensure that the agreed upon plans are successfully implemented.

The program  is open to women and men, consultants and support professionals, although the primary users are expected to be consultants, due to their lack of day-to-day manager

Employee Assistance Programme – Free and confidential support is available through Cigna to an Employee at anytime, any day whether it is a work, life, family, personal or financial matters that they need support on.

Flexible working – Colleagues can benefit from flexible working options and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Oliver Wyman may consider offering flexible working arrangements depending on business needs and personal circumstances such as work from home, part-time working, flexible shift working, job-sharing. In addition to formal flexible working arrangements OW support informal and ad-hoc flexible working to accommodate personal needs such as attending a sports day, parents evening, etc.
