Future societies depend on diversity in tech

At Valtech, creating environments for all Valtechies to thrive, alongside supporting the next generation of women leaders are top priorities. Valtech’s global tech_Girl initiative teaches school-aged girls, specifically reaching those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, the basics of coding, alongside sharing relatable role-models and inspirational stories through Valtech’s own women in tech. It has run programmes in Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, Dallas, NYC, San Diego, Bangalore, Paris, London, Buenos Aires, Florinopolis, Mexico, Denmark, and Sweden, affecting over 250+ girls with it’s global event in 2021.
