The team develop communications and engagement programmes that activate our brand and our purpose internally, so that our partners and people feel connected, understand the role they play in EYs success and do so in a place where they belong.
Strategy and Transactions (SaT) is a Service Line of EY in the UK&I and is made up of c.1250 professionals based across our 21 offices in the UK and Ireland.
The Change Communications Manager will be responsible for delivering communications that engage SaT people in their part in our innovation transformation and change agenda.
You will work collaboratively and think strategically, able to see the bigger picture, with extensive experience and understanding of a range of channels including events, video and webcasts, email, news stories, intranet, digital design and social media.
You will need to develop and maintain a deep understanding of SaT’s strategic agenda and outcomes.
This role reports to the Communications & Engagement team and works closely with the SaT change programme team. You will be a strong contributor to both.
