Director of Technical Integration Program Management

S&P Global Mobility Auto Insights division is searching for a Director for Technical Services Integration. This leader will be a collaborative team player with technology and project management backgrounds, who will focus on integration between Auto Insight teams and other corporate technology groups for specific initiatives and programs.

This role reports to the Division CTO and interacts with multiple technical and business teams to achieve Division results.

Responsibilities

• Engages with DTS integration program to define division specific scope, opportunities, and priorities to successfully deliver objectives
• Drives the engagement with the DTS integration program, acting as the division stakeholder responsible to help identify strategic synergy opportunities and assess impact of existing synergy programs
• Works with division leadership and technical teams to provide transparency into DTS integration program while measuring and reporting progress
• Partners with division architecture team to understand and communicate strategic themes, best practices and other key technical initiatives to division leadership and teams, including non-technical stakeholders
• Works with the division leadership and architecture team to help develop and drive the technical vision and direction, reduce technical cost and debt and help streamline operational practice
• Oversight of simultaneous, different sized division technical initiatives
• Works closely with the division architecture team to assist in translating, defining, and prioritising division requirements
• Works with division teams and service delivery manager to help resolve technical problems and challenges
• Produce structured initiative plans, regular initiative reporting, risk analysis and resource management to support the division technical goals
• Works with division colleagues to engage external vendors to represent the division and firm, enhance the relationship, discuss vendor roadmaps and articulate our requirements

• Acts as the coach and mentor to team members and technical staff when opportunity arises

• Provides thought leadership across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements

Requirements/ Skills

• Ability to lead and influence across organisational lines comfortable working at all levels of the business
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Exceptional team player
• Deep knowledge of networks, database, storage, management systems, services frameworks, and cloud technologies such as AWS and VMC
• Experience of working with development methodologies like Agile, Kanban
• Strong personal impact with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Flexibility and positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines
• 15+ years of experience in IT/Architecture/Cloud Solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
