FX&S Project Manager – London Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join the FX&S Programme Delivery team within OSTTRA Technology.

The FX&S Programme Delivery Team are responsible for the successful delivery of all strategic FX&S programmes and projects, and are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Project Manager to join the team. The role will report to the Head of FX&S Programme Delivery.

Below are the expectation of the role:

• You will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes and projects for the FX&S business globally
• You will comfortable working closely and collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders (Product Owners, Product Management, Professional Services, Operations, Development Leads, etc.)
• You will be responsible for implementing the appropriate governance in accordance with the size and scale of the programme/project.
• All programmes/projects will need to adhere to the Strategy Execution Team’s best practice (e.g. creation and management of the delivery plan, robust RAID management, chairing working groups, providing transparency via status reports, managing any required change requests, etc.)

Desired Experience/skills:

• A high-level understanding of the FX and Securities business across investment banking, hedge fund and asset managers
• 10-15 years’ experience of running projects within technology functions and/or financial services
  • Ability to lead complex programmes of work
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership and collaboration
  • Comfortable working out of your comfort zone
  • Ability to deliver project via the agreed methodology (Waterfall or Agile)
• Good understanding of the software delivery life-cycle
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• A high-level understanding of the FX and Securities business across investment banking, hedge fund and asset managers
• Good understanding of the Google Workspace toolset
