As a core member of the Global Assurance Talent team this is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to experience working in a truly Global team.This role offers the succesful applicant to work directly on the talent agenda for the largest service line Audit and two of the firms fastest growing sub service lines (FAAS and Forensics). Working closely with the Global Talent team together will develop and implement a global talent strategy which includes, and not limited to, recruitment & onboarding; workforce planning, talent development, employee listening and performance management.
Ideally this role would suit someone who has gained experience working in a regional talent team and is looking to broaden their experience.
The Global Assurance Talent Consultant will work on strategic HR initiatives for Global Assurance within EY. The role consults on assigned HR related programs and processes such as those supporting strategic transformation work. This role requires a solid understanding of HR operations and aligned functions as well as business and talent agendas within large scale organizations.
