Head of Student Hire & Compliance – UK Talent Shared Services – UK Wide – Permanent

Location: Our main hub is Birmingham, some travel may be required to the Birmingham office

The opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for delivery of best-in-class recruitment administration to enable EY’s Talent Attraction and Acquisition (Student Recruitment) team to achieve the Firm’s student recruitment targets. You will also be responsible for the oversight of Talent related compliance and audit activity (both internal and external). In addition, you will lead on change, managing quality and risk, driving innovation, contributing to projects, having strong, visible business relationships with senior stakeholders in the Talent team and the wider Firm, and sharing best practice from across the Recruitment, Talent and global marketplace.
