The opportunity

The ESPM Enablement Process Analyst is an exciting new opportunity to become a part of the Enterprise Solutions & Platform Management (ESPM) Enablement team. This transformational team has a holistic view across ESPM and provides a set of services and capabilities that enrich and enable the delivery of quality products, services, and platforms to our employees.

Your key responsibilities

Process Analyst will work with the global team that manages the IT Consumables.

• Manage procurement requests from various Member Firms by raising shopping carts on Mercury and see through to completion
• Ensure adherence to timelines in handling the requests
• Maintain shopping cart request log
• Manage communications with global stakeholders
• Understand datasets and develop basic dashboards
• Storytelling and insight development based on data
• Collaborate with global teams effectively – set up and manage meetings, prepare minutes, action trackers and related artefacts
• Maintain process documentation
• Optimize the process with process improvement initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

• An understanding of the products and processes involving IT Consumables
• Ability to plan and lead tasks for various initiatives
• Ability to engage and collaborate in diverse settings of people, perspectives, and experiences
• A sense of urgency, agility, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to listen and to think independently, and be a curious and creative person
• Experience working in virtual teams
• Customer-centric, Product focused and process oriented
• Willingness to step up to the challenges
• Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with problem-solving capabilities
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

To qualify for the role, you must have

• College degree in business or related technology field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar domain
• Project and data analytics understanding and experience
