Student Recruitment Manager – Operations – Consulting 12 month FTC – UK Wide
You will be accountable for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience through hiring exceptional students to meet challenging targets across EY Consulting and Technology nationally. Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Operations Manager, you will focus on strategically imperative priorities in the early careers landscape at EY.

You will strategically partner with the business to develop innovative ways to market, to review the selection process and to collaboratively address this growing area’s early talent needs.
The opportunity
You will work as part of a large Student Recruitment team with the support of a shared service function that recruits a substantial number of graduates, undergraduates and school leavers across the UK.
In addition, you will be required to assume team management responsibilities such as counselling and coaching as well as line management of three student recruitment advisors.
Your key responsibilities
You will have overall ownership of candidate pipelines for Consulting. This will involve:
You will be responsible for effective management of aspects of the recruitment process, both through Talent Shared Services Student Recruitment operations team, for example: candidate management system; -final stage events; – assessor training; post offer process; work permits; policies; continuous improvement.
Engagement with senior stakeholders is key to understand specific business needs and develop the Student Recruitment strategy. You will hold regular meetings with business contacts to update on strategic direction; performance vs target to date and as well as deal with any internal issues that may arise. You will work closely with the regional Brand and Attraction representatives in order to provide the business with an end to end update on Student Recruitment.
Your work will largely be undertaken remotely / virtually, although you will be required to travel as necessary within the UK to meet key contacts and build relationships with wider client serving teams, as well as attend team meetings, one to ones and deliver or support final stage events, as well as campus, schools and office events.
