Student Recruitment Manager – Sustainability – 12 month FTC – UK wide
You will look after the planning and execution of EY’s campus and schools’ attraction, selection, assessment and onboarding strategy to deliver headcount for all student recruitment programmes into Sustainability roles at EY in the UK. You will be accountable for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and hiring exceptional and diverse students to meet challenging targets across the business.

This is a brand new role and you’ll bring thought leadership and innovative ideas to help EY stand out from the crowd & embed sustainability across the whole recruiting lifecycle.
You will work as part of a large Student Recruitment team with the support of a shared service function that recruits a substantial number of graduates, undergraduates and school leavers across the UK.
In addition, you will be required to assume team management responsibilities such as counselling and coaching as well as line management of one or more student recruitment advisors developing the next generation of talent
Your key responsibilities
You will have overall ownership of the full recruitment lifecyle for assigned service lines/business units. This will involve:
Influencing and engaging senior stakeholders at partnership level to understand specific business needs and develop the Student Recruitment strategy. You will hold regular meetings with business contacts to update on strategic direction; performance vs targets and deal with any internal issues that may arise. You will work closely with the regional Brand and Attraction representatives in order to provide the business with an end to end update on Student Recruitment.
Your work will largely be undertaken remotely / virtually, although you will be required to travel as necessary within the UK to meet key contacts and build relationships with wider client serving teams, as well as attend team meetings, one to ones and deliver or support final stage events, as well as campus, schools and office events.
