PwC Operate is seeking Technology Associates to join our rapidly growing Technology team based in Belfast. Our Technology teams are dedicated to researching, developing, testing, implementing and supporting innovative technology solutions for the wider PwC organisation and its clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll join our application support team and will be involved in supporting PwC and our clients’ technology solutions and products. In particular, you’ll be asked to support Workday systems, and will be provided with the appropriate training and upskilling to be successful.
As an important member of our growing support team, you’ll support our clients by working flexibly and we have a number of part time and full time opportunities, some of which will require weekend and bank holiday working included as part of your working pattern. This is a great opportunity for you to get a solid foundation to your tech career, supported by team members and leadership, but driven by your ambition. A passion for technology and developing your career as a technologist
Exceptionally strong customer service skills and experience
Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Degree qualification or for part time working, working towards a degree qualification for part time working with minimum BBB A-level or equivalent including Computing or Mathematics.
Commitment to working shift patterns to support our clients, opportunities available on full time or part time basis covering up to 23:00 BST
STEM degree or equivalent or demonstrable technology industry experience (including internships, placements).
Previous experience administering, supporting or configuring Workday systems is desirable but not essential.
In addition, previous experience of working in a Human Capital or Finance role is desirable but not essential.
Good working knowledge of software support & operational processes (ITIL, ISO, etc) desirable but not essential
Where will the role be based?
This unique opportunity will be located in our brand new purpose built office, Merchant Square, in Belfast City Centre. This office will have state of the art technology facilities and innovative working spaces to encourage creativity and collaboration.
