UK TSS Student Hire Post Offer Team Leader – UK Wide – Permanent
Reporting to: UK TSS Student Hire Manager
Location: Our main hub is Birmingham, some travel may be required to the Birmingham office

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high-quality recruitment administration service. Your key mission will be to oversee the efficient coordination of post offer activity including offer letter production, pre-employment screening and all onboarding actions, as well as allocating work. You will work closely with the Student Hire Manager with day-to-day team management and coaching members of the team to success.
