Julia is a Design Leader with nine years of experience in digital, from start-ups, to established agencies and the biggest of organisations. She began her career in Shanghai and has worked in Stockholm and Sydney. She currently works in London for the global tech, services and consulting firm Cognizant, where her clients include the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs. With a diverse background in tech and design, and as a certified mentor with BIMA and ADPList, she is committed to paving the way for future female tech leaders. She is unfailingly eager to learn and grow and frequently speaks in the design community on topics such as AI and Design Thinking. Julia wants to inspire inclusive change, help close the gender gap and help the next generation of female talent reach the top.
