Katy Goodrich is an Adobe Customer Success Director, serving enterprise level clients in the financial services and insurance industries.

Working in close collaboration with customers and across Adobe’s ecosystem, Katy is responsible for ensuring Adobe’s customers realise greater value from and execute successfully using Adobe’s products and services. Prior to Adobe, Katy held positions of increasing responsibility at leading technology companies including Apple Retail, Yahoo, and Thismoment, a cutting-edge marketing platform, where she led EMEA partner and project management. Katy combines broad client services experience with deep technology, sales, and customer support leadership.

While at Adobe, Katy has distinguished herself as a leader in the diversity, inclusion and social impact arena, where she serves as the London Social Impact Team Lead and co-lead of Women at Adobe (London). Recently, she co-launched the EMEA chapter of Adobe for All Book Club to start important conversations around D&I.

Further demonstrating her commitment to helping women succeed in business, Katy founded and leads Adobe’s FSI Executive Women’s Quarterly Roundtable, promoting networking and knowledge-sharing among director-level and C-suite women from financial services clients. Beginning last year, Katy co-organised and hosted Adobe’s first Women in Marketing speaker training program with the goal of bringing more diverse voices to marketing and financial marketing conferences. As co-lead for Women at Adobe in London, Katy promotes a space for networking, sparking dialogue and action to attract, develop and engage female talent.

Katy has also launched the Creative Business Jam in UK, which pairs Adobe employees with community non-profits and emerging entrepreneurs to enhance their skills. This group has a significant focus on supporting female founders and underrepresented groups in business.
