Further demonstrating her commitment to helping women succeed in business, Katy founded and leads Adobe’s FSI Executive Women’s Quarterly Roundtable, promoting networking and knowledge-sharing among director-level and C-suite women from financial services clients. Beginning last year, Katy co-organised and hosted Adobe’s first Women in Marketing speaker training program with the goal of bringing more diverse voices to marketing and financial marketing conferences. As co-lead for Women at Adobe in London, Katy promotes a space for networking, sparking dialogue and action to attract, develop and engage female talent.
