Lalitha’s journey in the IT industry started nearly 2 decades ago after completing her Undergrad in Engineering. Since then, she has switched between many roles and areas of work not just across industries but also across areas of IT, finance and HR. This has greatly broadened the spectrum of her experience. Her global experience working in countries like India, Tokyo, Singapore and London has enabled her to develop empathy towards different people and cultures.

She is currently part of a major Consulting firm in UK, working with clients in the utilities industry on their digital transformation projects. She has strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, solution design and implementation, transformation of business vision into technical milestones and product management. She has worked on change management initiatives, collaborating with technical, operational, and business stakeholders and ensures customer value is prioritised and delivered.

She has extensive experience in Agile and Safe methodologies – sprint-based delivery, backlog grooming, refinement, working along with product owners/scrum masters and excels in stakeholder relationships management.

She has wide experience working with a global delivery model in geographically dispersed delivery environment. She is proactive, calm, adaptable and pays great attention to detail. She interacts effectively with client leadership through here ability to understand quickly the key project drivers and objectives. She is considered a lynchpin to progression of work in complex digital transformation projects in an Energy and Utilities environment.
