I’ve been working in the Tech space for around 15 years in roles across digital product, strategy, and operations – mostly in the Telco space.

I started as a product owner in a Water utility organisation, with a tiny budget and hardly any resources. This meant I turned my hand to every role needed to get something out the door. From copy writing, to UX design, to UAT and a tiny bit of coding thrown in for good measure. It gave me great insight into the world of digital and technology and sparked a fire in my belly to continue this path and learn as much as I could along the way.

EE approached me to join their growing team. I led on strategy for the digital team as well as transformation initiatives to move the team to more agile ways of working and improve their operating model.

From there I networked my way to a new role in BT. I went back to Digital Product, this time in the B2B space, where I also continued developing digital strategy across the unit.

Once I came back from maternity leave, I returned to a newly formed Unit in the organisation and a new opportunity. My new role was leading Digital Operations for the Digital Team driving the planning, strategy, and the operating model for the team along with People, Culture, and Engagement.

After about a year, I was asked to lead the whole of Digital Product and created a new tribe delivering all GTM, optimisation, and commercial demand for BT Business.

After having my last child, I came back to another change in organisation design and another new opportunity. I am now in a leadership position driving the Product Team for Digital Service. I lead all Digital Service initiatives for the business creating a brilliant experience for our customers and our colleagues.
