Laura is the Engineering Lead at Apolitical, the world’s first global platform for public servants.
Originally from Ireland, Laura has lived in London for over ten years. She has worked in tech in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, aviation, medical technology, legal technology, consultancy and now GovTech. Her specialism is in Frontend development, and she’s particularly passionate about accessibility and web performance. In her current role, she leads a team of engineers in Apolitical, building an online learning platform for public servants around the world.
She has a BA in Journalism, MSc in Multimedia and a BSc in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence.
