I am a results-driven, Digital transformation leader with extensive experience in Financial Services & Insurance space working closely with customers enabling their IT & business transformation journeys.

As a Head of Customer Success for Europe, I drive transformation roadmap for the clients. I have a proven track record of growing accounts into long-running strategic relationships with demonstrated success in market strategy & solutions design, product strategy, large scale business transformation. I love being the hands-on, customer centric leader.

Quick summary of my career to date –
Post completion of Engineering from NIT, Trichy, I started my software services career in 1995 with NIIT Technologies, a large multinational IT outsourcing company headquartered in India.

In the early part of my career, my roles at NIIT Technologies, continuously evolved from a programmer, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Lead, Quality Head, Customer Service Lead, and Solution Designer to Project Manager, that immensely help me grow across various aspects of software development. The opportunities to work across various geographies like Asia, Australia, United Kingdom & United States broadened my perspective and helped strengthen the core skills like user experience and customer empathy, which are now my core strengths and have made me the customer centric leader that I am.

The 3 years of my stay with Dell helped me demonstrate large program management skills wherein I had the opportunity to lead teams that were globally spread across Brazil, Ireland, India & USA. During this period, I also completed my Post Graduation in General management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
As a Global account leader managing a team of 250+ located across North America, APAC, EMEA regions, turning around the account that was considered low-end services provider to that of a consulting partner was a very satisfying journey!

Post that, heading a Commercial Insurance Product Unit and launching a new generation PAS platform for Lloyd’s Insurance space in a record timescale remains one of the key highlights of my career. Working closely with our Insurance customers in the London market and helping them overcome the prevailing market challenges with our joint up product + services offering, data services, analytics, RPA, Cloud to all latest Digital offerings continues to be an enriching and fulfilling experience.
