James is the CTO and Co Founder of Tech Returners, with over 15 years experience leading tech teams. James is also the creator and lead coach for the successful ‘Your Journey Into Tech’ programme which enables individuals into technology careers through a 15 week programme of technical teaching and career support.
James will be taking us through a journey of some of the experiences, lessons and adaptations he’s had when taking tech teams through a DevOps evolution.
