Today we hear from Tim Dinsdale. Tim is the European CTO at OpenFin and is responsible for leading the firm’s technology efforts, expanding OpenFin’s London-based development team and driving OpenFin’s desktop services initiatives globally.
Tim’s session will provide an overview of innovation in FinTech in 2020 and share his insight into what FinTech is, and what’s driving innovation from both a retail and institutional perspective.
Tim is European CTO of OpenFin. Prior to joining in 2019, he was a Managing Director in the Technology Division at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for fifteen years. Tim has worked in a variety of languages and environments in his career, from assembly on the PS2, to scripting financial payoffs, to the internals of custom languages written in C++.
