I hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a PhD in the intersection of Machine Learning and Digital Signal Processing.

I was employed in academia as a research fellow working on cognitive computing by the Italian National Research Council, and also as research associate on health informatics at Imperial College London. My work has been published on highly prestigious conferences and top-ranked journals; whereas my h-index is 17. I was also employed by the Greek ministry of Justice as an expert on cybercrime. Then, I moved to the intersection of research and industry, employed by Toshiba R&D to advance conversational AI systems. My most recent role is with Deloitte, where I am a manager leading machine learning projects and having a special interest in natural language processing (NLP).
