I have been in the IT Managed Services industry for the past 12 years
I have a background in Cloud Managed Services including Collaboration, Secure Networks including SD-WAN, Microsoft 365 and end to end Solution offerings
In this past year alone, I have successfully:
• Led enterprise bid commercials
• Migrated Pre-sales and Sales teams onto a new presales ticket system backed with measured SLAs
• Strategised on improving current working ways and systems which can be measured in a form of visuals on a Dashboard and reports for the Senior Exec Teams
• Created templated commercial & workflow type documents which drives consistency, efficiency throughout various teams and Enables the Sales team to go out to market much quicker
• Regularly engaged with various stakeholders to improve technical authority processes
• Mapping AD Credentials to an online proposal tool called PandaDoc so it can be personalised when it goes out externally and being a lead trainer to new starts & recent acquisitions of this tool at Node4

• Managing ongoing Support to my team through coaching, mentoring, developing their emotional intelligence and regular communication
• Finishing a Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership with a Distinction
