Natasha Boskovic

I have always had a curiosity and passion for solving problems so since joining IBM and learning about many cool emerging technologies I felt like I could finally make a difference in the world.

Before starting my career in technology, I achieved a BA Hons in Accounting & Finance from University of Kent in 2017 and went straight into the world of Assurance at PwC in Dubai. However, I realised that it wasn’t quite the right career path I wanted to take so I decided to explore new opportunities and feel so happy to have discovered a new passion for technology!

I am currently a Business Transformation Consultant for IBM and over the last 2 years have rotated several roles from a Conversational Analyst, Business Analyst, Service Designer to leading teams and delivering to clients as an IBM Garage Lead. It has been an incredible experience so far, initially expecting it to be daunting having not come from a technical background, but by building a foundation in AI & Analytics and becoming a SME in IBM Garage, I have helped numerous clients within Automotive, Healthcare, Public Sector and Financial Services use technology to make lasting digital transformations. I have been promoted in this time and won the Personify our Practices Award, that is open to all GBS (Global Business Services) UK & Ireland Associates and Apprentices, for my dedication to clients’ success.

When I am not delivering to clients, I am supporting the next generation of IBMers as a mentor to other Associates, coaching teams on IBM Garage and speaking at internal events to connect to a wider network to inspire and accelerate change. In addition, I am leading a new series of ‘Lunch & Learns’ for the AI & Analytics practice on how IBM Garage within AI projects can help deliver speed to value for our clients.

I am eager to drive change using evolving technology to help us navigate through a global pandemic and the changes it has made in the way we live today.
