I am a respected Partner Alliance Director, advocate of women both in and out of the workplace and passionate about helping other females reach their full potential through my charity work.

Leveraging my competitive instinct as an athlete, I help build successful and purposeful partnerships which support growth and innovation alongside my charity work, lending experience and empathy to females returning to work and/or going through life change.

To be recognized by colleagues and peers has to be the ultimate in achievements and proud to have been selected as a finalist for CRN Women of the Channel Role Model of the Year and Women in Business Champion of Change Awards for work within Diversity and Inclusion as well as be a guest at The House of Commons for a panel discussion on Challenge & Change, Women in Leadership & speaker and profiled by IDC within Partner Alliances and Women in Tech.

Charity work and giving back to others is hugely important to me – notable fund-raising events include:

  • Most recently completing 5 marathons in 5 days to raise awareness and funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation raising circa £30k towards research for MND – this was the hardest test of both my physical and mental strength and an honour to complete alongside various ex-rugby internationals with a personal thank you from Doddie Weir OBE himself – a truly humbling experience.
  • Prior to this, I cycled from Henley to Paris in 24 hours raising circa £32k to build a Science & Tech lab, The Discovery Hub, for a local primary school in Henley – main aim was to allow all children to discover STEM subjects and to see the children’s faces light up when The Discovery Hub was opened was worth the long day in the saddle!

I also volunteer with Smart Works UK (Reading), a charity that exists to give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives.
